1. Eligibility for Refund

A refund is requested within 7 days of the initial purchase
The service was not used or activated
The issue is directly related to technical failure on our end, which cannot be resolved within a reasonable time
2. Non-Refundable Items

Subscription renewals after billing cycle starts
Third-party integrations or licenses purchased on your behalf
Delays caused due to client-side issues (e.g., lack of content, delay in approvals)
3. Refund Request Process
Email your request to support@bsbdips.com with your order ID, date of purchase, and reason for refund.
Our support team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
4. Cancellation Policy
Ongoing monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle.
Cancellations will be done within 5 days to the respective email id
Once canceled, services will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
